    Semasa pregnant puan boleh amik folic acid, minum susu, vit e, b-complex (1st trisemester), brokoli, orange jus, tuna/sardin, kerang/hati, pisang dll, daging, ayam. Elakkan makan nenas, durian, lemang, rebung, air kelapa (early preg), coffee, tea, nescafe, coffemate,minuman bergas, sushi (sebab half cooked), jgn makan makanan half cooked
